Talent flows cost 5 credits per company on any signed-in plan. ex-Caliber costs 10 credits per company and requires a paid plan. Each section is charged once per company, per organization, per billing period. Your organization can revisit an unlocked section for the rest of that period without another unlock charge.
ex-Caliber measures relative employer prestige in US tech, with five signals and an uncertainty range. Talent flows show observed career moves: arrivals and departures over 24 months, top source and destination companies, and movement over time and by role. Observed moves are not a complete count of company hires or exits.
Credits meter personalized job search and reranking, AI fit analysis, Talent Insights, and data API requests such as entity lookups, analytics, search, SQL and graph queries. Costs vary by endpoint and work performed. Resume analysis and basic public job search are free and do not consume credits. Company insights have fixed unlock costs: 5 credits for talent flows, and 10 credits for ex-Caliber on a paid plan. Every plan includes a monthly credit allotment.
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and includes 1,000 credits every month, for metered job-search features, data queries, Talent Insights and company research. Resume analysis is free without an account and does not use those credits. Full ex-Caliber company insights require a paid plan; a public example is available to explore.
Your included credits refresh each billing period. Paid plans enable overage at the listed rate. On Free, extra usage requires a billing agreement; without it, credit-consuming actions may stop when your credits run out. Manage your billing preferences from your account.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page at any time. If you cancel, your account stays on its current plan until the end of the billing period and then moves to the Free plan.
